Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. The person who creates a workspace is responsible for everyone they invite to it.

Trials and paid plans

New workspaces start with a 7-day trial. Paid plans are billed in advance, per user, monthly or annually, through Stripe. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Your data

You own the data you put into Outrena. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact every lead you import and for complying with the email and data protection laws that apply to your outreach.

Acceptable use

Use of Outrena must follow our acceptable use policy. We may suspend a workspace that breaches it, especially where sending harms recipients or the reputation of the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Outrena available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change these terms; material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
