Roles

For the lead data you upload, you are the controller and Outrena is your processor. We process that data only to provide the service and on your documented instructions.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, mailbox credentials and webhook secrets are encrypted at rest, every query is scoped to your workspace, and staff access is restricted and audited.

Subprocessors

Amazon Web Services (hosting, Frankfurt region) and Stripe (billing). We will give notice before adding a subprocessor that handles lead data.

Data subject requests and deletion

We will help you respond to requests from the people in your lead data. When your account ends, workspace data is deleted.
