Who this notice covers
This notice covers visitors to outrena.co.uk, people who contact us, and people who sign up for an Outrena account. Customers also upload data about their own leads; for that data the customer is the controller and Outrena acts as their processor under our data processing addendum.
What we collect
Account data: your name, email address and the LinkedIn account identifier returned when you sign in with LinkedIn. We do not keep your LinkedIn access tokens. Workspace data: the settings, campaigns, templates and leads you create. Contact data: what you submit through our contact, walkthrough, partner and newsletter forms. Technical data: server logs such as IP address, request time and browser type, kept for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
To provide and secure the service you signed up for (contract), to answer your enquiries (legitimate interests), to bill paid plans (contract and legal obligation), and to protect the service from abuse (legitimate interests). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
Outrena uses only essential cookies and storage: a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a note in your browser that you have seen our cookie notice. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, Frankfurt region), Stripe for payment processing on paid plans, and LinkedIn for sign-in. Each receives only what it needs to perform its service.
How long we keep it
Account and workspace data is kept while your account is active and deleted after the account is closed, except where the law requires us to keep records such as invoices. Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To make a request, use our contact page.
