Scraping websites or professional networks; browser automation, session-cookie replay or other unauthorised automation of third-party platforms; buying or using lists you have no lawful basis to contact; misleading subject lines, sender names or content; ignoring unsubscribes; and harassing, discriminatory or illegal content.

Sending standards

Send only from domains you control, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured. Keep bounce and complaint rates low; we may pause sending from a workspace whose complaint rate puts recipients or the service at risk.

Enforcement

We may pause or suspend a workspace that breaks this policy. Where it is safe to do so, we will tell you why and give you the chance to fix the problem.
